名称）监理标段招标公告



招标条件

1.1本招标项目通江县农村信用合作联社办公用房暨住宅用房（第二次）（项目名称）已由通江县发展和改革局(项目审批、核准或备案机关名称)以川投资备【2019-511921-47-03-378684】FGQB-0096号（批文名称及编号）批准建设，建设资金来自业主自筹（资金来源），项目出资比例为100%，招标人为通江县农村信用合作联社。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的监理进行公开招标。

1.2本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，通江县发展和改革局（核准机关名称）核准（招标事项核准文号为川投资备【2019-511921-47-03-378684】FGQB-0096号）的招标组织形式为委托招标。招标人选择（本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为/）的招标代理机构是鸿利项目管理有限公司。

2. 项目概况

2.1建设地点：通江县高明新区B-11地块。

2.2建设内容：本项目办公用房建设面积为16218平方米（其中：地上12718平方米，地下3500平方米）。

2.3监理服务期：施工工期+监理缺陷责任期。

2.4招标范围：本次施工图纸及工程量清单所示全部监理范围。

2.5 质量标准：符合现行国家有关工程施工验收规范和标准的要求合格。

2.6标段划分：监理1个标段。



3．投标人资格要求

3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备：独立企业法人资格，具有建设行政主管部门颁发的房屋建筑工程监理乙级资质及以上资质（企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的外地企业须提供有效的《四川省省外建筑企业入川承揽业务验证登记证》或带二维码的《四川省省外施工、监理入川承揽业务信息录入证》），近3年（2017年至今）在建或已完成1个类似项目业绩，并在人员、设备等方面具有相应的监理能力。



3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。



招标文件的获取

4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于 2021年 01月 08日00时00分至 2021年 01月18 日23时59分登陆巴中市政务服务和公共资源交易服务中心网站（http://zwhjy.cnbz.gov.cn/）“公共资源交易平台”中“建设工程招标投标”通过数字证书下载招标资料（招标文件、工程量清单、施工图纸等）。

4.2 招标人不提供其他任何报名和招标文件获取的方式。

5. 投标文件的递交

5.1 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2021年 02月 08日 09时 00分，地点为巴中市政务服务和公共资源交易服务中心（巴中市民之家4楼）本项目开标室。

5.2 逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，招标人不予受理。

6. 发布公告的媒介

本次招标公告在《全国公共资源交易平台（四川省）》、《巴中市公共资源网》、《四川建设网》、《四川农信官网》(发布公告的所有媒介名称）上发布。
