至各潜在投标人：

由我单位组织实施的“巴中市恩阳区新场片区老旧小区改造配套基础设施建设项目（项目名称）勘察、设计、采购、施工总承包（EPC）”于2020年12月18日在全国公共资源交易平台(四川省)、 四川建设网、巴中市公共资源网上发布招标公告，现将上传的招标文件中第六章投标文件格式的联合体授权委托书及四、投标保证金更正如下：
